This boat was initially constructed by RD Boatworks in California before being considerably modified and updated by us as follows:

- New floats in 1993
- New mast in 1994
- New main hull in 1995
- Continual new developments up to 2000

Winner of the Bol d'Or 1990, 1991 and 1995 as Happycalose, being latter remaned as "Red".
She also won most of the majors races.
